Olivier Brossard is Professor of economics at the Toulouse Political Science Institute and head of a research team focused on knowledge economics, economic geography and financial economics (LEREPS). He has published a book and several papers on Minsky’s “Financial Instability Hypothesis” and, more recently, he has studied innovators’ networks, strategic alliances and innovative performance in the ICT sector.
