Taylor Spears

Taylor Spears is a Research Fellow at SPRU at the University of Sussex where he conducts research on the management and governance of financial innovation. Before working on issues related to finance, he worked on science, technology and innovation policy issues in the United States, particularly energy innovation.
In 2008 he graduated from Barrett, the Honors College at Arizona State University with a bachelor's degree in economics. Last year he completed a masters in science, technology, and innovation policy at the SPRU at the University of Sussex on a Fulbright Scholarship. In September he will begin a Ph.D at the University of Edinburgh where he will do research on the sociology of financial markets.
